Title:	Daily production and Schedule control
Details:A form is created daily with provision for the PPC department
        to enter the various production failures like, material shortage,
        machine break down, labour problem, quality problem or poor
        planning and indicate the department responsible for failure.
        The document is then directed to the respective department where
        the reason for the failure is given and the person responsible
        is recorded (Response form). Then the document is sent to the
        marketing department where they mention the delivery schedule
        given to the customer and also the criticality of the said item
        is marked on a scale of most urgent, urgent, production can be
        deferred, or don't produce.

        This document with all details is sent to the management
        (GM Operation/CEO) who records his comments in the document and
        also makes the final decision. This project also contains various
        other confidential forms, which the departments fill, to be reviewed
        by the management. There are different set of views for the
        department and the management is provided with full navigation.


Title: 	Behavioral accident prevention policy and safety manuals
Details:This is an integrated safety system for all the plants located in
        India. This has the bulletin board facility where the complete safety
        manuals are available, arranged and completely navigable. New
        policies and current affairs are separately published. There are
        forms available for the safety observation committees to enter
        their observations on a regular basis. The operators can also enter
        their feedback and safety suggestions into the system. The databases
        in the various plants are replicated on daily basis. Total Compiled
        views are generated for the management to review the process.
